Company Policies
- Please note that rates will fluctuate throughout the year. Rates are subjected to change without notice.
- Valid driver's license is required. If you are not from the US, we may require an international license for customers from other countries (with exception to Japanese customers--we have Japanese speaking/reading staff members).
- Proof of insurance if declining insurance option.
- Minimum age to rent is 24 years and older.
Payment Method
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Debit card
- Cash
- Credit card (we need to add a 3% processing fee to credit card transactions)
- Checks (we may need to verify funds with your bank)
- We may require a partial deposit from you upon reservation. You may pay the complete cost up front as well if you would like!
Cancellations
- If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, you may do so without penalty before 48 hours of your pick-up time
- If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable
